Zero build up. Zero chemistry. Zero personality. Terrible grammar. There was nothing intriguing about the story. The girl acted like a wanton slut from the gate. The will was so unbelievable, that I rolled my eyes right under the bed. How are the twins supposed to keep up their parents' lifestyle if they each only draw a small paycheck? And why is it that it's so cool to have promiscuous men become the heroes? Really? I couldn't even finish this book.
Btw, 13 year olds do not have huge muscles, nor are they broad shouldered, unless they are mythological creatures.
Writers (Romance) seem to be stuck in a mold where all of their leading men follow the same formula for looks, personality, and job description. They also seem to be stuck using the same filthy language and descriptions in every single book.
Get creative!!!! Take a lesson from real authors, like John Grisham, Jane Austen, and Leigh Michaels. Authors who know or knew their crafts and used (use) their imagination.
Think outside of the box Ms. Hawthorne!
I say pass on this if you're looking for a story that you long to delve into.
This book was a great read. I didn't agree with what the parents did, but in the end it all work out. So glad that crazy ex-girlfriend got what she had coming to her. Like expected you loss and move on. Like get your life! Overall great book!!!!
Hawthorne is the queen of serials. Paige has been longing for the twins for years. Little does she know they've been doing the same. One night of hot, steamy passion changes everything. Love this series! I've read it multiple times and now I have them all in one book!
This is why I love Olivia Hawthorne's books. She hits the ground running. She doesn't use a quarter of the book giving background information and then another quarter of the book with the main characters dancing around each other.
Have yet to read one of her books that I didn't like. Great, love, drama, and hea.
The book captured my interest the whole time I was reading it. I Will definitely read more books from Olivia Hawthorne.
